We have teamed up with a Private Care Company located on the outskirts of Preston, who are seeking high-quality residential care staff to work with children and young people (ages 8-18) who have Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Learning & Physical Disabilities, and complex needs associated with challenging behaviour.
They are looking for the following type of workers:
Residential Support Workers - rates start from £15+ per hour. We have day shifts, night shifts, and waking night shifts available. (Temp to perm)
Team Leaders - rates starting from £17+ per hour. We have day shifts, night shifts, and waking night shifts available. (Temp to perm)

Deputy Managers - rates negotiable. (Permanent)
Registered Managers - rates negotiable. (permanent)
Head of Care - £60k per annum. (Permanent)
The team is new and will be supported by an experienced management team, with comprehensive training provided.
