Description
- Coordinate and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies for the organisation.
- Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies and financial efficiencies.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
- Strong excel MS Excel and modelling skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A deep understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
