Description
- Performing routine maintenance tasks across various sites
- Carrying out minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken windows, and managing plumbing issues
- Assisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems
- Conducting performance assessments of company appliances
- Collaborating with a team to complete larger projects
- Identifying and reporting the need for major repairs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining inventory of repair supplies and equipment
Profile
A successful Maintenance Technician should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
