Currently looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join a rapidly growing start up company within the financial and environmental sector. You will need to 'wear many hats' and have a proactive approach to support a small but busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet
- Take and manage deliveries
- Booking flights - Predominantly for an investment team
- Booking hotels
- Organise company events
- Help schedule committee meetings for teams across the business
- Helping on-board new starters
- Lots of additional ad-hoc functions
- Minute taking some meetings
- Front of House (Settling in visitors, getting teas/coffees)
- Looking after all contracts for Mobile providers
- Risk assessments and H&S
Skills Required:
- Looking for positive "can do" attitude
- Need someone who is organised and efficient
- Someone who is happy to get involved in tasks outside a job spec
- Identify gaps as the office may need some processes introduced
- Corporate financial services experience would be ideal
