Office Manager

Currently looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join a rapidly growing start up company within the financial and environmental sector. You will need to 'wear many hats' and have a proactive approach to support a small but busy office.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Greet
  • Take and manage deliveries
  • Booking flights - Predominantly for an investment team
  • Booking hotels
  • Organise company events
  • Help schedule committee meetings for teams across the business
  • Helping on-board new starters
  • Lots of additional ad-hoc functions
  • Minute taking some meetings
  • Front of House (Settling in visitors, getting teas/coffees)
  • Looking after all contracts for Mobile providers
  • Risk assessments and H&S

Skills Required:

  • Looking for positive "can do" attitude
  • Need someone who is organised and efficient
  • Someone who is happy to get involved in tasks outside a job spec
  • Identify gaps as the office may need some processes introduced
  • Corporate financial services experience would be ideal
