We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and seating of guests in the restaurant
- Providing guests with correct menu and allergen information so they can make safe and informed choices
- Production and service of hot and cold drinks (alcohol -based drinks are age dependant)
- Service of plated breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea (evening meals only on specific events)
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, bar and back of house areas to set standards
- Resetting of restaurant to set standards
- Assisting with cleaning and polishing of glasses, crockery and cutlery
