As a traditional private practice law firm working with clients in Banbury and locally in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, the practice is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or ILEX with Residential property to join the firm.
The work will include:
- Buying and selling Lease hold & Freehold houses and flats
- Selling or buying rural land
- Transfers of equity
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
The role offers the right candidate flexibility and is part-time.
You will be joining a team of three other fee earners plus full-time secretarial support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' PQE.
Salary is up to £45000 - £50000 dependent on experience.
