Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, 5 years PQE, to join their busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.
You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:
- Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
- Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
- Re-mortgaging
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Right to buy
- Lease extensions

- Excellent technical residential conveyancing skills
