  • Salary: £15-15.50 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative for our clients organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing purchases, organising services, and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and company policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee general management and administration tasks to support the smooth running of the home.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements for record-keeping.
  • Manage purchasing processes, ensuring value for money and adherence to company policies.
  • Organise and oversee services provided to residents by external agents.
  • Keep resident and staff records up to date in line with CQC requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, suppliers, and other agencies.
  • Provide administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and minute-taking.
  • Assist in managing accounts, including fee collection, invoice processing, and payroll assistance.
  • Maintain petty cash and additional services funds, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed within the office environment.
  • Keep up to date with new techniques and procedures relevant to the role.

Ideally you will have/be:

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager role, preferably within the healthcare or real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with CQC requirements and healthcare policies.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in managing accounts and financial records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
