The Sales & Customer Services role
- Liaison with new or existing customers via phone
- Responding to sales enquiries received via email
- Outbound lead sourcing and customer follow up
- Data entry and use of CRM system for updating lead notes
- Administration of contracts for new clients onboarded
- Team meetings, working to SLA and KPI markers
