  • Full time office based, Monday to Friday in Stratford, London
  • Office hours: 08:00- 16:00
  • 6-month fixed term contract
  • £25,000

Successful and expanding Property Maintenance company based in Stratford are looking to recruit a bright and dedicated Resident Liaison Officer/Administrator to join their busy projects team!

This is a dual role combining both interaction and support for residents and administration duties

Some of the duties:

  • Liaising with residents both in person and on the phone
  • Attending site visits
  • Booking in appointments for upgrades and repairs
  • Updating teams and relevant managers on appointments
  • Monitoring email inbox, flagging and prioritising key tasks
  • Corresponding to emails
  • Compile reports using both Microsoft Excel and Word

All about you

  • Previous experience in a people facing role
  • Intermediate Excel skills - updating reports/basic formulas
  • Resourceful, innovative, and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
