Salary: £85 - £95 per day
Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you have experience in Early Years education and a commitment to making a difference, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to a child with ASD in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the child's education.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for the child.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Early Years education.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
