Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Supervisor for our client who specialises in protective and decorative coatings of metals and plastics. Own transport is desirable due to location.
This role could be temp to perm for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of five years' experience in supervising.
Duties will include:
- Supervision: Overseeing the evening shift operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Leadership: Managing and supporting team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet established quality control standards
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of shift activities and reporting to management
- Any other duties as required
Shift pattern:
- Monday - Thursday: 16:00 - 00:00
- Fridays: 14:00 - 22:00
