Sales Administrator
to join our client in Swindon SN3.
o £25000 - £27500 per annum D.O.E
o Temp to Perm position
o Working Monday - Friday 0800-1600
o No weekends.
About the job
o The successful candidate will be working in a small but busy office.
o Customer contact over the phone.
o Invoicing
o Computer work using our client stock system.
o Processing orders / servicing items
o Preparing paperwork for export and import
o Picking components for jobs in the factory to be assembled
o Keeping on top and chasing out works orders
o General office administration
o Stock checks
The right candidate
o Needs to have good attention to detail.
o Excellent customer service skills and ability to cope well under pressure.
o Microsoft 365 experience (excel is essential, numbers and to be methodical).
o Must be organized.
