About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both teachers and students. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons
- Providing one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs
- Supporting small group activities to enhance student learning
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining discipline
- Collaborating with teachers to develop effective teaching strategies
- Supervising students during breaks and extracurricular activities
- Supporting students with their social and emotional development
