REED Technology are working with a local authority who are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support a project aimed at enhancing the use of system portals within Children and Family Services. This role focuses on improving interaction and self-service capabilities for professionals, parents, schools, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate the current use of system portals across various services.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and reduce costs using existing tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance portal functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the portals meet user needs.
- Address known weaknesses in case management portals and improve functionality in service areas.
- Enhance parent and school input through better processes, improved portal technology, or third-party applications.
Technology Estate:
- Systems: Mosaic (Social Care), Synergy (Education), Core+ (Youth Justice)
- Tools: Granicus forms, MS PowerApps, Tableau, SSRS
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within a local authority or public sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system portals and relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
