About the role
The firm's highly regarded Residential Development team acts for all of the top 10 housebuilders nationally, undertaking a broad mix of Residential Development.
Workflows include:
- Complex and large scale land acquisitions for household names across England & Wales
- BTR
- Collaboration agreements between Developers
- Disposals of serviced parcels
- Funding arrangements
- Strategic options
- Urban regeneration
- HCA grant arrangements
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience gained in Commercial Property matters. Candidates with broader Commercial Property or Development experience with an interest in Residential Development will also be considered as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. This firm take training and development very seriously and is a great option for somebody who is looking to take a step up to a national firm.
