Position Overview
As a Block Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 550 units across 30 manageable schemes in Hampshire. Recently acquired, this portfolio needs attention to meet company standards. With no high-rises or complex systems involved, this role is ideal for managers with 1-3 years of foundational block management experience. You'll collaborate with an established team and receive assistance from our accounts and insurance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee 550 residential units across 30 schemes, focusing on maintenance, cleanliness, landscaping, and overall property upkeep.
- Site Management: Conduct regular visits, working closely with cleaners, gardeners, and contractors to uphold property standards.
- Client Relations: Act as the main contact for tenants and clients, addressing queries and resolving issues to maintain high service levels.
Operational Efficiency
- Portfolio Standards: Focus on elevating the recently acquired portfolio to meet our high standards, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Record Management: Ensure accurate records for compliance, collaborating with support teams for efficient service delivery.
- Continuous Development: Engage with industry best practices and explore growth opportunities within the team, with support for TPI qualifications.
