Junior BIM Assistant required to assist a supportive, forward thinking and rapidly growing multidisciplinary construction consultancy based from their London or Norwich office.
The Junior BIM Assistant Role
The Junior BIM Assistant will assist across a variety of sectors, including education, healthcare, residential and more.
- Assist in developing BIM Models using Autodesk Revit
- Ensure BIM Models are accurately representing project requirements and design intent
- Quality checks on BIM models
- Ensure compliance with project standards
- Deliver BIM solutions for an array of sectors
- Coordinate with the architecture, engineering and other sectors to cross check models.
- Preparing and coordinating design and construction documents using BIM tools
- Adhere to established BIM standards
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Support project team members on BIM software
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BIM related issues
- Collaborate with project stakeholders
Further key skills
- Proficient in BIM software (Autodesk Revit AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience or internship is highly beneficial
