What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operation of the office,
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory,
  • Answering phone calls and emails,
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents,
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail deliveries.

Where will you be doing it?

  • Our client is a construction company that was founded around 60 years ago.

What you'll need:

  • Educated to GCSE level,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
  • Demonstrable experience within an administrative role,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Full UK driving license,
  • Construction industry experience would be desirable.
