They are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager in the early stages of their career to assist their clients in the energy market with achieving net-zero targets. The successful Junior Business Development Manager will be responsible for spearheading growth initiatives within their designated market segment by meeting established sales targets for both new and existing clients. The Junior Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in representing in the business area, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing the company reputation. The role will also involve developing a comprehensive growth strategy that identifies potential industry streams, market segments, and customers. Collaborating with the sales manager, the Junior Business Development Manager will create a detailed sales plan that outlines opportunities and provides business leaders with essential information for decision-making.

Key Requirements of the Junior Business Development Manager:

  • Proven ability to generate and increase sales directly or indirectly to benefit a business.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and automation control systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering formal reports and presentations.
