4-6 month interim role

£175-£200 per day

I have a great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join my longstanding client on an interim basis to cover a long term sickness. You will work with the HR Partners to assist their case load, work on other ad hoc HR projects as well as BAU operations. This role is looking to interview and start asap, so only those candidates who have less than 1 week notice will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Employee relations - discipline, grievances, performance management, absence management and employment termination.
- Work with the HRD to actively promote and implement new initiatives and changes within the business
- Conduct exit interview and analyse the findings to identify areas for improvement and recommendations
- Deliver training initiatives as well as onboarding programs
- Offer advice on a variety of HR queries
- Work in collaboration with other HR colleagues in providing high level service
- Involvement in HR projects and new initiatives; willing to undertake any other relevant activity as reasonably requested.
- Support with recruitment as necessary
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be someone with:
- Previous HR experience as an HR generalist/advisor
- Good understanding of employment legislation
- Previous experience of advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and general employee relations issues including termination of employment
What you'll get in return
£175-£200 per day DOE.
