My client, a highly regarded Law Firm based in Basildon, Essex are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team focusing on Contentious Probate. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 1 year PQE (post-qualification experience) or more who is looking to advance their career in a reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, providing expert legal advice and representation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Maintain high standards of client care and ensure effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation, with a focus on contentious probate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
