Role
Client Consultation:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
Implementation:
- The Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant will lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client requirements.
- Conduct data migration and integration with other systems.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, deliverable, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously known as NAV).
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
