Your new role
You will be key member of the HR team ensuring an effective HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Advising on employment law and the organisations HR policies and casework
- Providing professional HR advice including absence management, disciplinary issues, performance management, and grievances.
- Supporting the implementation HR projects
- Accurate system and database usage
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably Level 5 CIPD qualified
- Strong generalist HR experience including case work
- Experience conducting and advising at HR meetings and hearings
- Experience in delivering training
