My client is a trusted and well-known Manufacturer, who have a reputation for quality. They have been established for over 40 years and with 11 locations they continue to grow. They are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in Glasgow.
This is a fully office-based role, working 40 hours per week Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm (30 minutes break).
- The position will involve a mixture office, warehouse and trade counter based duties..
- Dealing with incoming calls and building relationships with customers.
- Taking and processing customers sales orders.
- Credit checking customers accounts and providing them with quotes.
- You will also be covering the trade counter, serving customers and cash handling.
- Picking and packing orders.
- Handling and checking goods against supplier paperwork.
- Booking stock in daily and monitoring stock levels.
