SF Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to assist our Belper based client and their busy team on a temporary basis, with immediate effect. This role will be based on a fixed term contract for 6 months, working Monday to Friday in the office. You will be joining a fantastic team and a well established business!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Should be a capable and confident Administrator.
- Should be IT Literate
- Should have a professional and eloquent telephone manner.
- Should be an excellent communicator at all levels.
- Have a strong amount of attention to detail.
Typical duties will include:
- Date Entry.
- Filing.
- Handling incoming calls and emails.
- Allocating incoming mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally via royal mail website
- Collate and keep diaries for senior staff and meeting rooms within the office
- Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
- Various administration tasks as required.
The hours of work of work are Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 , with the discretionary finish of 4:30 on a Friday.
This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with view to extend as there is a need for further cover next year too.
Salary - £24,000 per year
