Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a Global manufacturing business who are looking for a Quality/CMM Technician on a shift basis. This role will act as an integral team member of the Metrology Auditing department providing an critical inspection service and delivery to internal and external customers.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Completion of all Gauge and Machine
- Completion of Capability Studies
- Programming and operating Zeiss & Mitutoyo CMM
- Product measurements using conventional instruments
- Manufacturing process and product audits / reporting
- Non-conformance reporting
- Quality response support to the shop floor, containment
- Timely and accurate sample inspection
I'm keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset:
- Experience in quality inspection
- Trained CMM Programmer (preferably Zeiss Calypso / Mitutoyo COSMOS)
- Understanding Engineering Drawings
- Understanding measuring techniques
