Your new role
Are you immediately available and looking for your next HR Administration role? Hays are working with a company in Morley who are looking for another HR Administrator to join their busy HR Shard Service team.

Duties:

  • Processing and checking starter and leaver forms
  • Dealing with contract variations
  • Chasing references for new employees
  • Chasing RTW documents
  • Ensuring new starters have the correct login details for e-learning portals
  • Working with team leaders and line managers to ensure assigned tasks are completed daily.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You must have previous experience of working in HR admin as minimal training can be supplied.
  • Ability to do multitasks and prioritise workloads
  • As this is a hybrid role, the ability to work independently is essential.
