Our client based in Irthlingborough is looking for a Customer Service Administrator
Key Areas of Responsibility of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Assisting their Head of Administration
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing booking administration
- Sending joining instructions to clients
- Posting certificates
- Attending to web enquiries from website users and training providers
- Liaising with training providers
- Providing re-scheduling and cancellation support
- Updating details on the website
- Data entry and daily administration tasks
- Credit control
- Any other relevant duties/tasks as required
The Customer Service Administrator will have:
- Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general administration role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
- Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Competent user of IT systems and software
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 (one hour unpaid for breaks) Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (one hour unpaid for breaks)
