Customer Service Administrator

Our client based in Irthlingborough is looking for a Customer Service Administrator

Key Areas of Responsibility of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Assisting their Head of Administration
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Processing booking administration
  • Sending joining instructions to clients
  • Posting certificates
  • Attending to web enquiries from website users and training providers
  • Liaising with training providers
  • Providing re-scheduling and cancellation support
  • Updating details on the website
  • Data entry and daily administration tasks
  • Credit control
  • Any other relevant duties/tasks as required

The Customer Service Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general administration role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
  • Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Competent user of IT systems and software

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 (one hour unpaid for breaks) Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (one hour unpaid for breaks)
