Brand new senior level role for a results focused and creative senior marketer in ambitious executive search and leadership consulting firm.
This global executive search firm is ambitious and entrepreneurial as well as having a supportive culture. It operates two brands - a search firm and a leadership consulting business. It is now looking for a senior marketer to help tell its story across both organisations. Key to this role is to develop the firm's brand visibility within the industries it operates - technology, life sciences and industrial. This brand image in vital in helping the firm engage with and attract high quality clients and candidates.
This is a first-time appointment which at first be a stand alone role but if successful recruit support.
You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities including:
- Developing and executing the firm's strategy in line with business goals;
- Managing and developing the brand in order to increase audience engagement and leads;
- Profile raising initiatives, particularly for key leaders within the business;
- Digital marketing including website management, SEO and digital campaigns;
- Content creation including white papers, articles and case studies;
- Account based marketing;
- Supporting in the planning and execution of events such as seminars and conferences;
- Market research, analysis and measurement.
You will have significant marketing experience with a particular focus on brand positioning and engagement of key audiences. This will have ideally been gained within a B2B, professional services or agency background focusing on the tech and life sciences sector. Creativity is also key for this role.
