My client, a professional legal firm based in Liverpool City Centre, is seeking a warm and proactive Receptionist to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
Specialising in family, wills & probate, they are a friendly and supportive firm who pride themselves on the exemplary service they provide to their broad customer base.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday - Friday with working hours from 08.45am - 17.00pm, based from the office in the heart of Liverpool's vibrant business quarter.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and have a strong possibility of developing into the office Manager.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Being the face and initial contact for all customer and staff members on arrival at the firm
Transferring calls where necessary
Dealing with administration tasks
Updating systems
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing posts
Providing a first class, friendly and empathetic service to all customers
Diary and booking management
What you'll need to succeed
Be immediately available and able to start on Monday 1st July
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be very well presented
Proven history within a corporate office environment
A warm and friendly personality
