Export Administrator

Job brief:

A well-established business in Heanor is looking for an Export Administrator to join their team. You will be carrying out daily tasks within the export team and producing accurate final documents to either the bank or direct to the customer, working to tight deadlines.

Duties include:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Producing daily load lists and checking loading photos
  • Liaising with the freight forwarder by e-mail and phone
  • Producing Final documents for letter of credit presentation to the bank or direct to customer for export collection or direct payment
  • Resolve queries/enquires quickly and efficiently
  • Manage and update spreadsheets in Excel
  • Manage high volume of e-mails
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure workloads are distributed evenly

As the Export Administrator you should have experience with letters of credit and export documentation an have a keen eye for detail. You will also have excellent Excel and Work skills.

In return you will be offered a salary of £24,000 to £27,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday in the office, 8:30am - 5:00pm with half an hour for lunch.

You will have 20 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays, workplace pension scheme and a staff benefits package including hospitality and retail discounts.
