Excellent opportunity for a Building Manager to join a highly reputable real estate & investment company to oversee total FM in a corporate office building in central Birmingham.
This is a site based role.
Description
As the Building Manager you will take overall responsibility of the day-to-day service provision / management of facilities services, specifically H&S, cleaning security, building fabric / M&E, service charge, occupier fit outs and various projects. You will oversee other members of the Building Management team such as front of house staff, cleaners, security etc. You will liaise with all key stakeholders including tenants and visitors, creating an excellent experience for all. Management of external contractors so new and existing tenants can fit-out their space for their specific requirements.
Profile
- Experience in a similar Senior FM / Building Manager role
- Experience with service charge budgets
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification
- A strong understanding of hard services / M&E
- Team management experience
