Front of House Manager required for this stunning Aesthetic clinic in the Thame area.
Our client is a well established and highly reputable clinic offering a wide range of cutting edge aesthetic and beauty treatments. This forward thinking business are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a highly motivated Front of House Manager to assume responsibility for the daily operations or the site.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Optimising and consistently developing the patient journey
- Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling and conversions
- Managing the team against KPIs
- Achieving clinic commercial targets and operational budgets
- Assisting with team development and progression through personal development plans
- Adding value to the business through social media marketing
- Maintaining exceptional operational standards

Experience of managing teams in an operational environment is essential along with a history of achieving commercial targets. Backgrounds in leisure, retail or hospitality would be ideal.
