About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join the team at a local SEMH school. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children looked after children. The school is attached to a residential site with a maximum capacity of 8 pupils, currently accommodating 5 students ranging from Year 1 to Year 9.
You would be joining at an exciting time of growth with the wider organisation in the process of opening two brand new schools, giving opportunities for progression into a Lead Teacher role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching a small class and deliver lessons across all subject areas using a primary model.
- Implement pre-planned lessons for the current term.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment to help students re-engage with education and enjoy school.
- Work towards reintegrating students into mainstream settings or other SEN schools.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
