Your new company
Based in the City Centre of Glasgow, our client is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. The role will be undertaken working from the office, with great public transport links and onsite parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of a varied and fast-paced workload. Your duties will include; creating and submitting purchase orders, mailbox management, processing invoices, raising sales orders and general associated finance administration.
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity will suit someone looking for their first role within a finance function. You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis.
