Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings and handle travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations and other essential documents
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders and other team members on behalf of executives
- Organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines
- Maintain and manage confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the planning and organisation of company events
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
