We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support within our Secretarial & Business Support department. This role requires an individual who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, and is prepared to thrive in a fast-paced property industry environment.

Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings and handle travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other essential documents
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders and other team members on behalf of executives
  • Organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Maintain and manage confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of company events
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
