The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing business located on the outskirts of Spalding, who are looking to recruit a newly qualified Finance Manager to join the team and bring a fresh pair of eyes to the role.
This is an exciting opportunity, where you can really integrate some of your own processes and ways of working into the business. This is a crucial role within the team and you will be the go to person for all things related to finance.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Producing the monthly management accounts for various business.
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Detailed analysis on accounts, as well as insights on performance
- Overseeing of payroll
- Review of finance systems and procedures
- Implementing and streamlining processes
- Line management of the finance team
In order to be successful for the role, you will need to be a CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant, candidates who have the desired experience but aren't qualified will also be considered.
It is essential that you have management experience and can display proven experience of working in a similar role, even if it is at a junior level.
This role is fully office based 5 days week, offering a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience.
