We are seeking a Sales Manager with a proactive approach and a background in pharma sales. This role involves sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and attending exhibitions. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and Technical Sales Manager and will be expected to meet or exceed sales goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Source new customers through various channels such as exhibitions, internet research, and re-engaging lapsed customers.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet potential clients and attend/support exhibitions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify further sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare accurate monthly sales reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, promptly and efficiently dealing with customer queries, including the preparation of quotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the pharmaceutical sales industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and customer quotations.
  • A customer-focused approach with a high level of dedication to customer care.
