Our clients, based in Norwich, Norfolk are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers to join their expanding team on a self-employed basis. Serving clients across the UK, the company is up for two Mortgage Broker awards this year following a successful year. They pride themselves on being self-sufficient and providing both leads and administrative support to their team.
Salary package:
- £80,000 - £125,000 OTE
Mortgage Adviser job requirements:
- CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
- Experience in a mortgage adviser position
- Ideally CAS Status
- Able to build and forge strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and able to research.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Strong negotiation and influencing.
- Organised and effective time management.
Mortgage Adviser duties:
- Writing Mortgage Business
- Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
- Convert booked appointments into business
- Contact customers for missed opportunities
- Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
- Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
- Achieve sales targets each month
