I am assisting a major organisation in the search for an Assistant Facilities Manager. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all their offices within the South East are fit for purpose managing both hard and soft services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Facilities Manager
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Facilities admin and coordination
- Regular visits to numerous offices
- Ensuring all offices are fit for purpose
- Ensuring all office compliance is up to date
- Working with the Health & Safety team to ensure a safe working environment
- Working closely with the office managers & building management
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Previous administration experience with interest to develop
- A good understanding of facilities management
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Team player
