Job Summary
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the glazing and facades industry, with the ability to read and interpret glazing designs. Affiliation with the CWC is highly desirable. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Design Interpretation:

Read and interpret complex glazing and facade designs to ensure accurate implementation.

Collaborate with the design team to address any discrepancies or challenges in the design phase.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

Quality Control:

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing and facades industry.
- Must have worked for a specialist sub-contractor
- Strong ability to read and interpret glazing designs.
- Ideally affiliated with the CWC.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
