Salary: £35k - plus benefits & overtime
Shifts: Days - 7am till 3pm Monday to Friday

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
Duties of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Responsible for the mechanical repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment
- Review job orders to determine work priorities
- Generates accurate reports to ensure smooth running and continuation of activities
- Responsible maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, or air required for operations
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards
- Assists with Planning, developing, and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimise operating costs, and effect greater utilisation of labour and materials
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations within specific limits
- Help with training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures
We are keen to speak with Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with the following skills/experience:
- Mechanical qualification
- Time served apprenticeship
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Mathematical Skills
