We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Manager to support our Operational teams

Role Overview:

Reporting to Director of Service Delivery you will be responsible for the management of the Business Support function which includes the following teams; Agency Support, Onboarding, Invoicing, Contracts & Assignments and Admin. Along with Operational relationships with our partner agencies.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To manage the performance of the Business Support department ensuring all KPI's/Targets are achieved.
  • To manage and develop team leaders to be self-managing and accountable for their functions.
  • Ownership of high-level operational support to small, medium and large recruitment partner agency clients.
  • To manage and implement change brought about by changing stakeholder requirements and legislative change.
  • Analyse operational data to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to identify and address key business challenges, implement effective solutions and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recognise opportunities within the operational department to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimise business processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
  • Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Assist in the monitoring and management of departmental budgets.
  • To ensure effective resource planning supported by business metrics and trends to ensure performance targets are exceeded
  • To ensure that talent is identified and succession plans are in place
  • To support the career development plans and training needs of team leaders and yourself.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A confident Manager with minimum 3 years' experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
  • Experience of working in a time sensitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing teams who liaise with customers/clients who demonstrated a high-level of customer service skills.
  • Experience of recruitment and selection
  • Computer literate - MS Office/CRM software/telephony system.
  • Task orientated with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Articulate with a high-level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and take action to resolve issues, being accountable for organisational goals
  • Ability to inspire positive "can do" attitudes and cultivate a strong team environment.
  • Ability to adapt communication style dependent on audience.
