Receptionist

Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a prestigious Financial Services firm who are looking for a bubbly and friendly Receptionist to join their team of 3.

This is not your regular Receptionist role. This is a busy and dynamic role where no two days will be the same!

THE ROLE:

  • Meeting and greeting a high volume of guests, clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing & directing calls and emails.
  • Ensuring the front of house is always neat and tidy.
  • Meeting room management and offering refreshments.
  • Providing ad-hoc Team Assistant and Operational support as required.

THE PERSON:

  • High energy, friendly and proactive who can come in and hit the ground running.
  • Professional manner and confident speaking with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advantageous previous experience includes Receptionist, Cabin Crew, Hospitality, Hotel Front of House or any busy Customer Service role.
  • A real team player with a passion for providing 6 star front of house service.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This role is 5 days in the office and will have alternating shifts. Earliest start will be 7:30AM, latest would be 5:30PM based on a 40 hr per week contract. For events, earlier or later starts will be required.
