Job Opportunity: Experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor with Trust Experience

Role Overview: As a Conveyancer/Solicitor, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, ensuring smooth property ownership transfers, and advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
- Trust Expertise: Strong familiarity with Trusts, including advising on and drafting trusts (including Disabled Persons Trusts) and knowledge of trust collapsing.
- Property Law: A solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Collaboration: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.
