  • Offering support to the team
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scheduling engineers
  • Escalating any customer complaints
  • Logging incoming calls
  • Monitoring engineers' attendance
  • Attending team meetings
  • Providing helpdesk covers for holidays and sickness
