Customer Service Administrator Duties:
- Offering support to the team
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling engineers
- Escalating any customer complaints
- Logging incoming calls
- Monitoring engineers' attendance
- Attending team meetings
- Providing helpdesk covers for holidays and sickness
