Role Responsibilities
- Take lead responsibility for all statutory audits, ensuring high standards and compliance
- Act as the primary client contact for audit services, managing client relationships and expectations
- Plan audits with the Responsible Individual (RI) and senior team members, assessing risks and guiding the audit process
- Supervise audit teams, providing on-site leadership and developing team members through coaching and feedback
- Oversee audit progress, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Conduct closing meetings with clients and report key audit findings to the Client Partner and RI
- Support the growth of the audit team by contributing to internal training programs and recruitment efforts
- Assist in the development and implementation of the firm's audit growth strategy

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience in audit
- A minimum of 5 years of varied audit experience, with strong technical knowledge
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead audit teams effectively
- Excellent project management skills with a keen understanding of business and market trends
- Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to progress to partnership
