As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in retaining existing accounts, handling a high volume of incoming calls, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Efficiently and accurately take and input orders, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Report technical faults on behalf of customers and handle complaints, queries, and order processing.
  • Upsell products and introduce new lines to customers.
  • Contact potential customers and arrange deliveries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assisting them in acquiring new business and administrative needs.
  • Build relationships with weekly telesales customers, being their regular point of contact.
  • Perform various administrative duties within the office, including confirmation, sorting the post, filing, and processing orders.
  • Plan calls and target gaps in supply using relevant systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a clear and personable telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
  • Ability to use the Trinity system.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good product knowledge and the ability to upsell.
