About the Role: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Family Time Worker team in Warrington. This role is integral to the Families First team, focusing on delivering, observing, intervening when necessary, and recording family time sessions for children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead worker for looked-after children, ensuring they maintain positive relationships with their biological families.
  • Ensure the safety and positivity of family time sessions in accordance with court and child's wishes.
  • Collaborate with social work teams to review and provide high-quality family time, ensuring the welfare and identity of children and young people.
  • Work flexibly, including afternoons, early evenings, occasional weekends, and school holidays to meet the demands of children in care plans.

Essential Qualifications:
